Visit the Traditional Olive Mill of the widely known and award-winning olive oil producers in the Corfiot Countryside, in a protected by Natura 2000 location and let the men of the family business introduce you to an unforgettable olive oil experience. The programme of the excursion includes:
- Guided tour in our ancient and century old olive groves.
- Guided tour in our olive mill
- Presentation of the International Awards for Premium the Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Olive Oil Seminar – Private which takes part in the Olive Oil Tasting Hall. The Seminar covers several subjects such as the variety of “Lianolia”, historic information, revolutionaty techniques, official organoleptic test & olive oil tasting, gastronomic tips of use as well as special features of the high phenolic olive oil and pharmacological & biological effects.
Upon completion of the excursion, a certificate of participation is given to the participants.
The excursion includes also drinks, local wine and finger food like local village bread, a variety of sausages and cheese, small summer season’s salad, dessert (yogurt, ice cream or chocolate).
