Villa Lara is situated on the hill in the wider Gastouri area and offers unique views of the Mouse island and the Greek Mainland. The interior space of the villa is 350 m2 and can easily accommodate a party of 10 guests. Furthermore, it is a three level villa.

The lower ground floor features a bedroom, a kitchen area and bathroom.

The upper ground floor features a living room, a dining area, a kitchen and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

The first floor features three more bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The outdoor facilities include the 12 x 6 swimming pool with a wave system, sun loungers and parasols, outdoor kitchen facilities which include a Barbecue and outdoor dining area.

BEDROOMS

The first bedroom with a double bed and two sofas is located on the lower ground floor, together with an ensuite bathroom.

The second double bedroom is located on the upper ground floor and features a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom.

The third bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom is located on the first floor.

The fourth and fifth twin bedrooms are also located on the first floor.

BATHROOMS

One ensuite bathroom is located on the lower ground floor.

The second bathroom is also ensuite and it is located on the upper ground floor.
