Villa Ianira is a newly constructed villa, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and citrus orchards.
The villa can accommodate a party of six guests.
It consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a half bath, an open plan area with the kitchen, dining area and living room and a small laundry room.
The outdoor area of the villa features the swimming pool, the barbecue and the dining area, lounge areas as well as sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool.
The villa is also eligible for event hosting upon request and on additional cost.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom.
There is one more double room.
The third bedroom features twin beds but can be converted into a double bed .
All bedrooms have COCO-MAT Sleep system

The beautiful private swimming pool is surrounded by olive groves.
The beautiful beach of Kanouli is located just 150 meters away and can be reached through a staircase. Please bare in mind that the staircase is a bit steep.
The must-see is the endless sandy beach Halikounas which is famous among kite surfers is only 3 km away.
