The 112 m2 villa consists of two floors.
On the ground floor there is one living room, the dining area, the kitchen and the guests’ toilet. The first floor includes two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
The outdoor area includes the swimming pool, the Jacuzzi and the Barbeque area as well as many other outdoor facilities.
One bedroom with double bed is located on the 1st floor.
One bedroom with twin beds is located on the 1st floor.
All bedrooms are equipped with A/C and LCD TVs.
All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom with shower or bathtub.
The guests’ toilet is located on the ground floor.
The living room features sofas and armchairs as well as a flat screen satellite TV and a DVD Player. The dining area has a table for 4 people.
A fully equipped open plan kitchen that includes; a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and freezer, an espresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster and a kettle.

The villa is located very close to the beach of Dassia, 120m through a private small road. Access for another beach “Agios Nikolaos” is through the main road.
The outdoor facilities include the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi, the stone-built barbeque, the outdoor shower, sun beds and umbrellas, lounge sitting areas, outdoor dining and sitting for 6, the gazebo and even a 1.300 square meters private garden.
