Awarded by Sunday Times, as one of the 50 best villas in Europe, the Villa is located in the old Venetian Village of Agios Markos, which is in the northeastern part of the island and just 17 km from Corfu town.

Villa Bournella is one of the most romantic properties that Corfu has to offer. Located in the old Venetian village of Agios Markos and below Corfu’s tallest mountain (Pantokrator), it offers amazing views of the island and breathtaking sunsets.
The 160 sq. meters Villa encourages the outdoor living with plenty of outdoor areas such as an outdoor living room and relaxing areas, the swimming pool, an outdoor fully equipped kitchen on the first level and outdoor dining area.
It also features the bedroom which is in the circular tower together with an ensuite bathroom with shower, the jacuzzi, a utility room with washing machine and a small fridge, a half bath and a small gym.
The master bedroom features a double bed and it is located in the circular part of the villa.
The main bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom and features a shower.
There is a half bath in the lower level of the villa.
The outdoor living room is located next to the pool and features two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a home cinema system with projector.
There is also a smaller indoor living area next to the main bedroom.
The main dining area is located in the first level and features a wooden table and impeccable views.
The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, a Fridge/Freezer, a Hob/Stove, a Microwave, an Oven and all necessary cooking utensils.
Infinity style swimming pool which overflows in the outer edge, it starts from a water depth of 10 cm and reaches as the deepest part the 2 meters. It also features a beautiful wooden jetty.

ABOUT THE AREA
Agios Markos, Corfu
Agios Markos is one of the oldest Venetian Villages of Corfu, dating all the way back to the 11th century. Its name comes from the Venetian Protector “San Marco”. It also features the Byzantine church of Agios Merkourios, hidden in an olive grove and according to the sign, it was built in 1075! The picturesque village is very tranquil and offers beautiful views of Corfu.
