The beautiful Sunrise Complex consists of the Sunrise II (Main Villa’s 1st Floor) and then the Sunrise (2nd Floor together with the luxurious cottage). If combined (upon availability), the Sunrise Complex as a whole can accommodate a party of 20 people. The Sunrise Complex is located in Perama, just 8 km from Corfu Town.

The Sunrise Complex of Villas is the dream of all holidaymakers.
It is located in the southeastern part of the island, in the famous area of Perama.
Set on a 10.000 m2 plot, the estate is full of cypresses, oaks and olive trees.
The Sunrise refers to the 2nd floor of the villa and the luxurious cottage, which is located right opposite from the villa. Right between the two, there is a swimming pool with waterfalls. The 2nd floor of the villa includes three master bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor dining area and a living room where two children/teenagers can also be accommodated. An amazing addition for the guests is the fully equipped home cinema room.
The luxurious cottage features a master bedroom, an ensuite bathroom and a family room that two more children can be accommodated.
The common outdoor grounds include the swimming pool with the watefalls, the garden, two outdoor barbecue area and three outdoor dining areas.
The Sunrise II refers to the first floor of the main villa and has a separate entrance. It features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two indoor dining areas, two bathrooms, a half bath and a spacious living room where two children can also sleep. The outdoor areas include the infinity swimming pool and two dining areas.
The Sunrise features in total four bedrooms (3 in the main building + 1 in the cottage).
The Sunrise II features 3 bedrooms.
The Sunrise features two bathrooms and one ensuite bathroom in the cottage.
The Surise II features two bathrooms and a half bath.
All bathrooms have hairdryers and are fully equipped.
The Sunrise features a living room with flatscreen TV, huge sofa and a coffee table in an open-plan area and the cottage also features a living room with a huge sofa and a double fireplace.

Sunrise has a beautiful swimming pool with waterfalls and sunbeds with umbrellas.

There is a beach with pebbles right opposite the complex and can be reached through an underground tunnel.
The outdoor facilities of the whole complex include two swimming pools, Barbecue areas, plenty of outdoor dining areas, sunbeds and umbrellas and several lounge areas. Furthermore, there are two outdoor elevators from the parking space to the main building.
