Established in 1936 by Spiros Anyfantis, Taverna Tripa has become one of Corfu’s trademarks and throughout the years has attracted many celebrities like Jane Fonda and Anthony Quinn and countless customers from all over the world.
Representing the Greek hospitality at its finest, the nightly live entertainment starts with traditional Greek songs when a group of dancers enters the dance floor and cheers up the crowd. Later on, the customers are called in to learn how to dance. All these while the famous fixed menu of the taverna is being served. The menu includes delicious appetizers, platters of spit-roasted lamb or a joint of beef baked in parchment, unlimited homemade wine and a variety of seasonal fruits and exotic deserts.
The Greek Night is available every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and upon request on Sundays.
